Refund policy
If your product is faulty please email hello@stie.com.au with your order number, any photos and the reason for your replacement or refund within 30 days of your purchase. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email with confirmation if you qualify for a replacement or refund. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
To be eligible for a return, the product must also be in the original packaging and tags attached.
Returns are shipped at the expense of the customer. If you qualify for a return for a faulty item we will reimburse your return shipping costs once the garment(s) have been received. We will require proof of shipping or tracking number.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
