Shipment Processing Time

All orders will be dispatched within 1 business day from placement. You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days for regular shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Providers

The STIE Shop uses Sendle as our preferred shipment provider. Sendle facilitates it's delivery of items through Fastway Couriers and Couriers Please. For areas unreachable through these methods or for orders with express post selected, we will send your parcel via Australia Post. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
